Placement in the appropriate ELA class is based on a screening interview and on completion of a CASAS (Comprehensive Student Assessment Systems) or a TABE (Test of Adult Basic Education) English assessment. Interested students must see an ELA counselor for screening and test appointments. Student screening, registration and testing will take place both online and in-person.
