(To qualify as a self-supporting student, you must meet at least one of the following criteria: 24 years of age or older; married or have dependents of your own; veteran or active-duty member of the U.S. Armed Forces; an orphan, ward of the court, or having been in foster care; legally emancipated or under legal guardianship; or experiencing homelessness or being at risk of homelessness.)
