The Role of the Title IX Coordinator

• The Title IX Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the prompt, fair and impartial investigation and resolution of Title IX complaints.
• There is no time limit in reporting a Title IX complaint; however, complainants should report violations of the policy in a timely manner to maximize the college’s ability to respond effectively.
• The Title IX Coordinator is assisted by a Title IX committee composed of administrators, faculty, student services staff, and the coordinator of emergency response and campus safety.
