Graduation Information
Formal graduation exercises are held in May at the end of spring semester. Students who complete course requirements during the subsequent summer session may participate in the May ceremony. Students who complete course requirements during the Fall semester may participate in the next May ceremony.
Students planning to graduate should contact their advisor to initiate the process. It is the student's responsibility to ensure that a graduation application is received in the Admissions and Records Office. Filing the graduation application with the Admissions and Records Office will ensure that students will be notified about graduation, measurement for caps and gowns, and practice.
All degrees, diplomas, and certificates are mailed to the graduates.
