Below is a quick guide on how to use the Student Information System.

SIS 8.9 Quick Guide

My Accounts provides a common point of entry to access Blackboard, Student E-mail, library resources, and academic information via our Student Information System (PeopleSoft). It also provides users with the ability to access and manage their account information. All users will be able to use the site to look up their user name and manage their password.

How do I use it?

1. Go to https://nr.my.vccs.edu
2. Enter your user name
3. Enter your password
4. Click Log In
5. You can now access all your college tools with a single click.

What is my user name and password?
If you do not know your user name or password, you can use the online user name/password wizard.

What if the online user name/password wizard will not work for me?
Contact the NRCC Help Desk online, or call (540) 674-3600 ext. 4400

Why do faculty and staff have a link to student email?
All students, faculty, and staff now have accounts on the student email system. Faculty can use this account to view the email interface from the student perspective. This link will not provide access to your primary email account.
