New River Community College's state-of-the art instructional site at the New River Valley Mall in Christiansburg is operating as a STEM Center (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).

The mall location features 14 classrooms, over 200 computers for student use, a science lab, two auditoriums, testing and conference rooms and office spaces.

The college’s game technology, computer aided drafting and design and information technology networking programs are based at this site. Other college offerings include general education courses that transfer to four-year colleges and universities, and more!
