A few more things to remember when choosing college course(s) for the next semester....
- High school courses, grades, and COMPASS placement test results have an important role in choosing the courses a person takes when starting college
- Course(s) + study time + job + family + ???? = 168 hours a week and no more
- Selecting course(s) is a part of the process of selecting a major and a career; however, every student needs basic English, math, and computer skills
- Selecting course(s) is often a way to explore a major and/or career field
- Students can and do change their minds about their courses, majors, and careers
- To make sure you have selected the best course(s) for you for this semester, see your faculty advisor or counselor.
