Career Development

The mission of the New River Community College Career Development Center is to provide a system of services that guides and teaches students and citizens the process of Career Development for the purpose of effective career decision making.

Step 1. To help students identify career goals by clarifying their interests, abilities, and career options via counseling and exploration

Step 2. To teach students job hunting strategies while assisting them in their job search.

Step 3. To educate about graduate and professional school options.
