Unrestricted Gifts

Unrestricted gifts can be used to meet a variety of needs created by shortages in state funding, increasing enrollments, and expensive technology upgrades. Gifts to the NRCC Educational Foundation that are unrestricted give the college the maximum flexibility to respond to changing student, campus and community needs.
