Endowed Scholarship Program

The Endowed Scholarship Program provides scholarships for over 120 NRCC students each academic year. Through this outstanding program, deserving students receive awards of $1,000 to support their studies. Recipients are selected in a competitive process by a faculty/staff committee. Many donors take advantage of this program to honor or memorialize family members or others. In addition to a set of general criteria for all scholarships, donors may specify additional selection criteria, such as designating a preferred major or degree program or a geographical location where the applicant must reside.

The minimum amount to endow a scholarship is $12,500. This amount may be paid in installments for a period of up to five years. Funds are invested and the principle remains intact, and the interest is used to award a $1000 scholarship each year.
