Transcript Request

There are four different ways to request an official NRCC transcript;

  1. Write to the following address:
    Admissions and Records Office
    New River Community College
    P. O. Box 1127
    Dublin, VA 24084
  2. Fax a request to (540) 674-3644.
  3. In person at the Admissions & Records Office in Rooker 259.
  4. Request Online through the Student Information System.

To request a transcript, please include your name, social security number, where transcript should be sent and your signature. Since your signature is required, we cannot accept email requests for transcripts.
Transcripts are provided free of charge unless you request more than five at one time. In that case, there is a $1.00 per additional copy charge.

Please understand that a transcript sent directly to you will be considered unofficial by most other colleges. Generally, for a transcript to be considered official for admission and transfer of credits, it must be sent directly from one college to another. Unofficial transcripts may be viewed online through the Student Information System.
