Admission Application and Download Instructions

After reading the directions below, select the appropriate file type to download depending on what word processor you use (the Admissions Application can be downloaded as a WordPerfect 6.0 or Microsoft Word 6.0 document). After you select the file to download, you will get a window asking you where to save the file. Once you have chosen a location and completed the download, bring up the file in your word processor and print it out. Complete the application and return to Admissions.

All Students
Complete each item on the attached applications and return to the Admissions Office. Please note: Disclosure of social security number is not required for admission. However, students are encouraged to disclose their social security number to facilitate scholastic and educational record keeping. If the social security number is not provided, a substitute identification number will be assigned for record keeping purposes.
(Note: social security number is required for financial aid applicants.)

Curricular Students
Students who are over 18 years old, but do not have a high school diploma or GED, must indicate "ability to benefit" from college placement tests if pursuing a curriculum. Send applications to:
