Community Service (SHARE)
SHARE is a way to stretch your food dollars. For only $17 to $20.00 per unit (varies monthly) in cash or in food stamps (sorry, no checks, please) plus two hours of community service, you can purchase approximately $50 worth of food. SHARE sign-ups and distributions take place monthly. Community service is defined as anything that you do for someone without pay, other than immediate family members. SHARE is a program which helps yourself and others simultaneously. For more details go to the Activities Office, Martin Hall or call Ben Kramer at ext. 4431.
