Tuesday May 13:
Exam Day - Please refer to the Spring 2008 schedule.

--The pinning/graduation ceremony for associate degree nursing students will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 13 In Edwards Hall, room 117.  Congratulations, Nurses!

Wednesday May 14:
Grades are due from faculty on this date.
Faculty in service day.

Thursday May 15:
--Graduation ceremonies will take place at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 15 on the lower level of Edwards Hall.  Faculty will line up in the hallway on the lower level near the elevator.

--To provide an overflow option, the ceremonies will be once again shown via live television in Godbey 164, Edwards 120, 123, 206 and 208, and on NRCC-TV (Channel 2-Pulaski County only).  They may also be accessed on the Internet via the college’s home page.

--As usual, we are making extra efforts to provide assistance to guests with disabilities.  Special parking and assistance will be provided in Parking Lot A.

Friday May 16:
Grades are made available online for students.

This is the last weekly message from Student Activities until Fall 2008 begins.
It has been a pleasure serving the college this academic year.  I hope all of you have a wonderful summer, and I look forward to serving you all with a full slate of activities , clubs, sports, and other opportunities  planned for the student body in fall 2008-spring 2009.   You are the best!  Congratulations to the graduating class of 2008.  You have all done well. I hope you achieve your goals, and discover that NRCC is a place where good endings do begin.

A Message from the NRCC Bookstore:
SELL....PLAY....WIN.... Buyback

Did you know...When you don't sell your textbooks back, trees are cut down to make new ones?
This year the NRCC bookstore has a few reasons why you should sell your textbooks back on campus.
1. You are helping plant more trees!
2. You can get more MONEY!
3. You can help lower textbook costs!
4. Convenient locations to serve you!

You will find a $5 Extra Cash Back game piece. If you bring this piece in while selling your textbooks of $50 or more, you will receive $5 extra cash immediately! We also have 2 more game pieces where you can have the chance to win a free candy bar or DOUBLE CASH BACK! You can only use one game piece. So come on in and see what you can win!
BUYBACK WILL START MAY 7 AND CONTINUE THROUGH EXAM WEEK.

The buyback hours for Dublin campus are  as follows:

May 7  (8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.)
May 8  (8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.)
May 9  (8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.)
May 12 (8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.)
May 13 (8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.)

You can also sell your textbooks back at the Mall Site:
May 7  (10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.)
May 8  (10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.)
May 9  (10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.)

If you are unable to come by during this time, we do a daily buyback during normal business hours. So come on in to sell a book and double your green!

Did you know that..
